Coming soon... Dual telescopic Spray bar allowing for pavement width variation and wheel path treatment within a single pass.
May 2007 Bitumen sprayer with Touch Screen, computer generated and pump controlled guaranteed bitumen application rate, regardless of forward speed. Developed by Matthews Brothers Engineering.
September 2006 One-Step In-situ Emulsion Surfacing: Spraying binder and spreading aggregate within a single pass.
January 2005 Aggregate loading and pre-coating equipment.
May 2004 Variable width Geofabric dispensing frame: with hydraulic lifting capabilities and teflon pressure guard for fabric crease minimisation
January 2004 Towed rotary broom with variable speed controlled and side shifting and slewing capability. Allows the operator to place the broom stock in previously difficult to access pavement locations - such as kerbing and guard rail. Variable speed control allows the operator to adjust the brooming strength applied on the ground.
October 2003 On-site rubber blending via calibrated load cell quantity distribution. Allows the correct dosage of PMB to be applied to the pavement each and every time with no minimum quantity requirement. Most competitors are restricted by the minimum size of refinery blended and bulker delivered batch. |
