Solutions for Pavement Maintenance

Using One-Step In-situ Emulsion Surfacing

Surfacing Texture Correction

Flushed wheel tracks no longer require water blasting techniques to restore skid resistance. A light film of emulsion binder, sprayed at temperatures exceeding 80°C (to reactivate the existing pavement) with an aggregate to match the initial seal restores the pavement  to its original condition.

One-Step improves skid resistance at a significant cost differential to other techniques.

Minor Patching Programs

Excessive mobilisation costs and site establishment delays associated with traditional surfacing crews makes sealing pavement repairs prohibitive.

The width of both binder sprayed and aggregate spread can be adjusted on the run from within the operators cabin. One-Step, via a reduction in resources, slashes both site establishment time and costs.
